Roll call votes were recorded in the affirmative: Mr. Weisman, Mr. Tillery, Mr. Patel, Mr. O'Reggio, Mr. Mitterando and Chairman Cahill registered yes votes on the resolutions. The board also voted to adopt the minutes from the May 28 meeting and then adjourned the session.
Chairman Cahill closed the meeting and members exchanged brief closing remarks.
