Rafter J HOA approves August financials and routine items; DC reports several project approvals

At its Sept. 24 meeting the Rafter J Ranch Homeowner’s Association Board approved routine governance items and reviewed recent DC approvals.
The Board approved the Aug. 2024 financial report showing $37,800 in income and $28,000 in regular expenses; staff reported $25,000 year-to-date interest earned in the ICS account. Brian Merritt moved to approve the August financials, Jessica Brown seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
The Board also approved the Aug. 27, 2024 meeting minutes by majority vote after a motion by Kathie Brazinski and a second from Brian Merritt.
The Development/Design Committee reported recent approvals for homeowner applications: Stewart (skylights approved), McGee (concrete driveway approved), and Schaefer (pathway approved). The Board reviewed action items and removed completed tasks from the list. Jessica Brown moved to adjourn at 5:51 p.m.; Brian Merritt seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
