Committee approves draft statement of licensing policy for consultation
Summary
Following a council amendment, the committee approved a draft Statement of Licensing Policy (changes in appendix one) and agreed to publish it for consultation with no further questions from members.
The licensing team leader presented a draft Statement of Licensing Policy for approval to go out to consultation following an amendment approved by full council on Jan. 29.
She told the committee the amendment is included at paragraph 3.5 and that changes are shown in red within appendix one. Members raised no questions and the committee agreed to approve the draft for consultation.
The committee did not record further changes in the meeting; the draft will proceed to public consultation as the committee directed.
