During public comment June 10, John Mack, who identified himself as "a law abiding citizen of New Town," urged the township to fix broken website links and to publish digitally accessible documents after finding the May 13 minutes labeled in the menu as April 13 and posted as a scanned PDF image he could not copy or search.
Mack said the township’s bill list shows a recently hired IT director who purchased a 'remarkable paper pro bundle' and suggested the new staff prioritize correcting website links (an example error reported by Mack included an automated message: "Whoops, no result found. It looks like nothing was found at this location") and ensuring meeting minutes and other PDFs are selectable and accessible to residents who do not have PDF‑editing tools.
Miss Snder, representing the Environmental Advisory Council, said the EAC recently reached quorum and intends public outreach on data centers; she reiterated that the township website remains difficult to navigate and asked that the new IT staff (names mentioned during discussion included 'Ryan' or 'Brian') address usability problems so the public can find agendas and advisory‑council pages.
The board acknowledged the concerns and the manager confirmed discussions about IT services and previous use of outside vendors; trustees asked staff to follow up to resolve broken links and to ensure documents in the packet are accessible to the public.
