The Chair called for public comment; none was offered. A motion to approve the consent agenda and claims was made, seconded and carried on voice vote. The Chair then introduced a motion to appoint a post‑election audit board and read three nominees into the record: Cathy Farnbrook, Stephanie Gurligan and Kimberly Kinoki. That motion was moved and seconded and carried by voice vote.
There were no public presentations beyond a procurement bid review later in the agenda. With no further items, the Chair adjourned the meeting.
