Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission to submit updated wetlands regulations; fee schedule to be reviewed in February

The Bolton Inland Wetlands Commission agreed Jan. 27 to submit proposed updates to the town’s Wetlands Regulations to the Board of Selectmen and the Town Attorney for review, beginning a 30‑day review period that will be followed by a public hearing.
Chair Ross Lally suggested submitting the updates for legal and selectmen review; Member Michael McDonnell said he will send the revised regulations to Lally for submission. Wetlands Agent Alyssa Barroso will circulate a proposed fee schedule for the commission to review at its February meeting. The commission indicated it will schedule a public hearing at the conclusion of the 30‑day review period.
Member Diane DeNunzio reported she passed comprehensive training she completed late last year. No vote was recorded on the regulations at the Jan. 27 meeting; the action is procedural and will proceed after the attorney and selectmen review.
