Commission to circulate proposed wetlands-regulation updates and revised fee schedule for review

Chair Ross Lally told the Inland Wetlands Commission on Feb. 24 that he will present proposed updates to the town’s Wetlands Regulations to the appropriate commissions and the Board of Selectmen for review and feedback.
Commission members discussed a proposed fee schedule. The commission asked Wetlands Agent Alyssa Barroso to send the commission a copy of the proposed fee schedule that shows both current fees and proposed fees. Barroso said she will add language referencing 'section 22a-42g' (as recorded in the minutes) to the draft materials. The commission plans to discuss the fee schedule and proposed regulation updates at its March meeting.
No vote or adoption of regulation changes or fees occurred at the Feb. 24 meeting; the commission is seeking interagency and Selectmen feedback before further action.
