TAC approves Geoffrey Farrell Associates for Williston form‑based code; minutes adopted with three abstentions

Dean Pierce moved to approve hiring Geoffrey Farrell Associates; Joss Besse seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting, Bob Henneberger moved to approve the Sept. 1, 2020 minutes; Sandy Thibault seconded. The motion passed with abstentions by Dean Pierce, Seth Bowden and Josh Arneson.
