At the June 11 meeting staff notified the commission of three director decisions on minor work permits, all informational items for the commission during the appeal period.
Mora described the proposed work at 108 Tramina: a re-roof with the same material and color, retrofit of six single-pane aluminum windows to white vinyl tempered glass, and replacement of one sliding door. The notice was distributed to the commission as part of the 15-business‑day appeal window; Mora said the deadline to appeal was June 11 and the approval will become final on June 23 if not appealed.
Staff also described a re‑roof at 99 Tower Mina Lane; the roof line will not change and the approval is expected to become final June 23 if not appealed. Finally, staff reported a re‑roof on landmark 16 (701 Foothill) that will reuse existing clay tiles after replacing damaged decking and underlayment; Mora confirmed no change to material or color and noted an appeal deadline of June 30.
Commissioners asked clarifying questions about materials and whether work would affect character‑defining features; staff and preservation advisors confirmed that roof lines and key features would be maintained in these proposals.
