The Parmer County Commissioners Court on May 26 accepted a maintenance agreement for the Sheriff's Office dishwashers that raises the monthly charge from $196 to $262.
Amy Dudley presented the agreement for Midwest Auto-Chlor Dishwashing Service and noted the increased monthly cost. Commissioner Kenny White moved to accept the maintenance agreement; Commissioner Casey Russell seconded the motion and the court approved it by majority vote.
Dudley also reported the county jail roster: 37 inmates in total, including 14 from Lamb County, two from Floyd County and 21 Parmer County inmates. The minutes do not list per-inmate costs, contract length, or other vendor terms beyond the monthly price change.
The item was carried as routine business and the court recorded the motion as passed by majority vote.
