The board moved to approve use of the commons area for Bethany Christian Church’s event, subject to staff (Kip) approval of a completed application and coordination on facilities and parking. Staff reminded the group that the noise ordinance can be waived for approved applications and reviewed the required affidavit and insurance items in the packet.
The decision is conditional on a completed application and coordination with parks staff to avoid conflicts with other renters and to ensure adequate crowd control and parking arrangements.
