Member Scott moved approval and Member Strazza seconded. The clerk called the vote; the resolution passed and the clerk reported the item passed without announcing individual roll-call tallies on the audio record.
The resolution ties future disbursement to the benchmarks described in staff materials; staff said it expects to monitor compliance with those standards as payments continue.
