The Keystone Town Council approved Resolution 2025-9, authorizing TK24-016, a class-6 general subdivision-exemption associated with the Kindred development and the gondola parcel.
Community Development Director Lindsy described the proposal as a multi-part technical adjustment: moving the lot line between two parcels (the smaller parcel under the gondola and the larger Kindred parcel), formalizing infrastructure easements that now exist in the field, and establishing public access along the south side of the building to preserve a pedestrian connection to the gondola and adjacent paths. Lindsy told council staff found the proposal met the seven statutory/land-use criteria for the exemption.
Council members asked whether the public access had been preserved and whether the existing easement would remain intact; staff confirmed the public easement remains and the project secures the connection. The council approved the resolution by voice/hand vote (six to none).
Why it matters: The plat adjustment clarifies property lines and easements for facilities in a high-use pedestrian area and preserves a public walking route between neighborhoods and the gondola.
