The board approved a waiver for PMISC26‑11 (VMP Auto, 778 Route 202) permitting a 1,025‑square‑foot auto repair and used‑car sales operation with overnight vehicle display; the motion was made by N. Agnoli and seconded by R. Lipari and carried by voice vote with all present in favor.
Minutes for the Oct. 23, 2025 meeting were approved (motion by L. Hines, seconded by P. Repic). Attorney Michael Sullivan summarized the history of prior approvals for AL‑9 Properties at 362 Changebridge Road and the board adopted a resolution extinguishing a Declaration of Restriction on the property (motion by R. Lipari, seconded by L. Hines; roll call unanimous).
Township engineer J. Giurintano told the board that DEP/stormwater rule changes will take effect July 20, 2026; he said projects will need to comply with the updated technical requirements going forward.
