A board member asked for clarification about overtime listed in the payroll report, noting weekend front-desk and cleanup charges at Hudson Campbell. A staff member said the overtime reflected unscheduled coverage when employees were out sick: "So we had people to come in and work extra hours to cover the front desk as well as building maintenance," the staff member said.
The board recorded its votes on the record and moved on to the legal report and administrative updates.
