Zoning Officer Suzanne Borzak explained that Resolution 2026-11 is needed to allow the township manager and staff to receive PennDOT e-permitting notifications for Highway Occupancy Permits; Vice Chair Raymond Abert moved to approve the resolution, Supervisor Michael Bryant seconded, and the motion carried 3-0.
Manager Melody Ernst presented the annual request from the Frys Run Water Association for $350; the Board approved the contribution by motion of Michael Bryant, seconded by Raymond Abert (3-0). Public Works Director Michael Strawn recommended donating the decommissioned municipal generator to Fire Company Station 2, noting the station lacked backup power; the Board approved the donation by motion of Raymond Abert, seconded by Michael Bryant (3-0).
Supervisors also commented on concerns at Raubsville Park and announced a Veterans Memorial Day Service at 6:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building. Resident Nancy Ackerman used the public-comment portion to express concerns about activities at Raubsville Park during both day and night. The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
