"I recommend the 10-year option to extend the warranty and support," Township Manager Melody Ernst said, presenting the Telco quote and the township's options. Supervisor Michael Bryant moved to approve the 10-year option not to exceed $3,960.00; Vice Chair Raymond Abert seconded the motion and it carried 3-0.
The Board recorded the formal motion and vote; the approval authorizes the township to proceed with the 10-year warranty purchase from Telco Group. There was no discussion recorded about alternate vendors or financing; the motion used township operating funds as part of routine equipment and maintenance approvals.
The Township's current Telco contract expires Aug. 20, 2026; the next regular meeting will be the appropriate venue for any additional procurement documentation or contract signatures.
