Mr. Boger presented the agreement renewal and said the allocation in Exhibit A increased from 66% to 67%, which he estimated would realize about $66,000 more for the district next year — a roughly 3.5% change when combined with adjusted ADM thresholds. He noted that new language in the agreement included provisions discouraging student nonparticipation in CTE and clarified supplanting language.
During discussion a board member requested the MUSD CTE director provide the board, at the end of each semester, a detailed list of services and associated costs to help the board evaluate cost‑effectiveness. The motion to approve the intergovernmental agreement passed; the clerk recorded one board member asking to be noted as voting 'no.'
