The Town of Lysander Planning Board approved minutes from its April 9 and April 27 meetings, recorded SEQR actions for the Angry Pig controlled site use application, recognized clerk Karen Rice on her final official meeting and adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
On routine business, the board approved the April 9 minutes (motion by John Corey, second by Hugh Kimball; 4 Ayes, 1 Abstain) and the April 27 minutes (motion by John Corey, second by Doug Beachel; 5 Ayes). Later in the meeting the board voted 5—2 to designate itself SEQR lead agency and then voted 5—2 to issue a negative declaration for the Angry Pig application (see separate item for details).
Chairman John Corey led a brief retirement recognition for Karen Rice, the Planning Board clerk, thanking her for years of service. Katie Schiano was introduced as the incoming secretary and clerk for the Planning Board, Codes and ZBA.
The board adjourned at 7:28 p.m. by motion of John Corey, seconded by Doug Beachel (5 Ayes, 0 Noes).
