At 6:29 p.m., Selectboard Chair Eddie Arnold moved, seconded by Brendan Denehy, to enter a non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II(a) for personnel matters. The board took a roll-call vote, which passed 4–0.
The record shows the board returned from the non-public session at 8:18 p.m. At that time Arnold moved, seconded by Steve Russo, to come out of non-public session and to seal the non-public minutes; the roll-call vote to do so was 4–0.
Also at 8:18 p.m., Brendan Denehy moved, seconded by Steve Russo, to adjourn the emergency meeting. The motion passed 4–0. The meeting minutes were submitted by Selectboard member Brian Rater.
