Will there be a new packet for that of information?” Borough officials and staff said the special meeting is set for the 25th at Henry Hudson Regional School at 7 p.m. and that project plans and any updated materials will be posted to the borough website after the board’s professionals complete their review; physical copies are available for inspection at the borough office during business hours.
On formal actions: the board approved the minutes from May 14, 2026, by roll call. AUB 2021-05 (an extension request affecting 149 Portland Road) passed by roll call; Mr. Masaba and Mr. Cody were recorded as abstaining and Mr. Kramer was noted as absent for that item. The board moved to dismiss LUV24-08 (County 212, Lynon A.) and advanced LUV25-10, a solar project at 444 Miller Street; a committee member thanked staff member Kate for preparing the packet before the vote. The board also found Ordinance 0-26-10—an amendment touching topsoil removal, steep slopes, enforcement and fee sections—consistent with planning criteria, and approved a resolution appointing Pete Maloney as board secretary.
