Silver Plume trustees approve agenda, bills, minutes and name representative to regional housing authority

At the Nov. 11 meeting trustees unanimously approved the agenda, bills and minutes; they appointed Tammy Frey to the Multi-Jurisdictional Housing Authority and appointed Lee Berenato to a Planning and Zoning vacancy.
The Silver Plume Board of Trustees unanimously approved routine items early in its Nov. 11 meeting, including the agenda, bills and the Oct. 28 minutes.
Trustees also appointed Tammy Frey as Silver Plume's representative to the Multi-Jurisdictional Housing Authority (MJHA). The board noted the MJHA will meet roughly quarterly and agreed the board could replace Frey if the role becomes burdensome. Trustee Lee Berenato nominated himself to fill a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning Board; the nomination passed unanimously. The board also approved Randall McDonald to the Mountain Parks Commission during the meeting's action items.
Motions for the routine approvals and appointments were moved and seconded by trustees and recorded as passing "with all in favor."
