Enforcement options: Marty noted a town ordinance allows establishing a municipal court, which could create a fiduciary incentive to pursue code enforcement; he emphasized the town does not want a police presence. Mickey Frey suggested the town could consider contracting code-enforcement services like Safe Built, which Georgetown uses, and clarified Safe Built is contracted through the police department in that example. Trustees stressed they want solutions that avoid increased policing.
