Kevin Tung of Greene Land Surveying, representing applicant Kyle Navratil, told the board the proposal would split the parcel into four lots "splitting between families," with the middle lot including an outbuilding/barn to be conveyed with one lot and the existing house remaining on a separate lot.
Chairperson Landry said the proposal must go to the county, and the board voted to table the application until the next meeting. Doug Flye moved to table, Patricia Marini seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The board opened a public comment period but adjourned it until the next meeting with no public remarks recorded.
Board members asked about a jog shown on the survey map; Mr. Tung said the jog appears to reflect a prior deed conveying land to a neighbor and an existing fence line. The applicant or representative is expected to return after county review.
