The presiding officer asked for a motion to re-enter the council meeting. Councilman Quinn said, "I'll make that motion." Councilwoman Grasset responded, "I second." The presiding officer called for a voice vote, and after the affirmative response declared that the council had re-entered.
The presiding officer then asked for a motion to adjourn. Councilwoman Grasset said, "So moved." A second followed when Councilman Bradley said, "I second the motion." The presiding officer called for a voice vote; a council member said, "I." The chair declared the motion "Passes unanimously" and closed the meeting with, "We're out of here. Good night."
