Commission recommends Board accept time extensions for Extra Storage and Dollar General projects

The Planning Commission on March 4 moved to recommend that the Board of Supervisors accept time extensions for two separate land development applications.
A motion by Kerry Meitzler, seconded by Chris Moore, recommended acceptance of a time extension for Extra Storage, LLC to September 23, 2025; the minutes record the motion carried with the phrasing “All in favor.”
Separately, a motion by Greg Kupar, seconded by Chris Moore, recommended acceptance of a time extension for the Dollar General — Mertztown land development to April 8, 2025; the motion likewise passed with “All in favor.”
These recommendations will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for formal action.
