Board adopts negative declaration, paves two unpaved sections of Horton and Mill roads

A board member summarized the lengths and argued the improvements would reduce dust, runoff and noise for residents. The board moved to waive the reading of the resolution, then adopted the negative declaration and approved the paving resolution by roll call; Councilwoman Frell, Councilman Apprentice, Councilman Roush and Councilman Flareity each recorded affirmative votes.
The board did not identify significant environmental impacts under SEQR in the short EAF and instructed staff to move forward with procurement and scheduling.
