Judge Gregory Aquaviva granted the township's application for temporary restraints, ordering the owner to undertake corrective actions, abate violations and restricting any further occupation, development or use inconsistent with applicable codes.
Because the case involves active litigation, township counsel said no further public comment would be made beyond the court-ordered injunction and that the public record can be consulted for court filings. The township made printed copies of the judge's injunction available at the meeting for attendees.
