Board members discussed staffing logistics, billing offsets, and how any agreed trial would affect the intermunicipal cost-share for the Honeyai Falls Mendon Volunteer Ambulance Service. Honeyai Falls supports a trial and staff will provide more granular month-by-month call data and revenue assumptions to help the board decide whether to fund a trial with contingency reserves and to negotiate contribution formulas with neighboring municipalities.
