MS4 Subcommittee approves Jan. 7 minutes and sets FY21 dues at $6,000 per member

The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC) MS4 Subcommittee met Feb. 4, 2020, and handled routine administrative business, approving the Jan. 7, 2020 draft minutes and setting the FY21 member dues.
After a brief recap by CCRPC staff Dan Albrecht, James Sherrard moved and Lani Ravin seconded a motion to approve the January 7 draft minutes. The motion passed; the minutes record abstentions from Polly Harris, Christine Dougherty and Christy Witters.
The subcommittee reviewed two rack-card designs and stickers for the RRST outreach materials and decided CCRPC staff would circulate an email to finalize the order rather than taking a formal vote.
On budget matters, Dan Albrecht said members had indicated an expectation of $6,000 in annual dues for FY21. Tom DiPietro moved and Jennifer Callahan seconded a motion to set FY21 dues at $6,000 per member; the motion passed with Polly Harris recorded as abstaining. Albrecht said he would draft a working FY21 budget for the group.
The meeting adjourned at 1:12 p.m.
