Board approves joint stipulations settling three tax-appeal dockets after executive session

Selectman Kevin Beal moved to approve the joint stipulation for Docket No. HHB-CV-24-6086181-S (Ridge Simsbury LLC) covering multiple Highcroft Place West addresses; Docket No. HHB-CV-24-6086182-S (Rise Simsbury LLC) covering multiple Highcroft Place East addresses; and Docket No. HHB-CV-24-6086185-S (Townhomes Simsbury LLC) for a property on Powder Forest Drive. The motions authorized Town Attorney Robert DeCrescenzo to execute the agreements; Ms. Yeisley seconded and all members voted in favor.
The minutes list the affected addresses and the authorization to execute but do not record settlement amounts or detailed terms in the public minutes. The Board also entered a separate executive session under C.G.S. §1-200(6)(A) later the same evening for personnel matters.
Next steps: Town Attorney Robert DeCrescenzo is authorized to sign the stipulated judgments and any required filings to conclude the appeals.
