Planning Director David Gertsch introduced proposed Zoning Resolution amendments for Information Technology Facilities. Commissioners discussed placement and land‑use permissions. Commissioner Ben‑David moved, and Commissioner O’Brien seconded, to publish the amendments and set a public hearing for the April regular meeting.
The motion passed unanimously. Under the published proposal, Information Technology Facilities would be allowed only as a conditional use in Industrial zoning districts and prohibited in other districts; the commission directed staff to prepare public hearing materials and notifications for the April hearing.
