Planning commission recommends Cicerelle zoning and conditional use applications to county Board

Following staff presentations and internal discussion, the commission voted unanimously to recommend that the Board of County Commissioners approve both the zoning district amendment and the conditional use application, adopting the staff analysis, findings of fact and conclusions of law as documented in the staff reports. The commission’s recommendations are advisory; final action rests with the Board.
