Mark Newman appointed Neenah District 2 alderman after candidate presentations

A motion to seat Mark Newman was made by Alderman Ellis and seconded by Alderman Paul; the appointment was approved unanimously. Clerk Nagel administered the oath of office immediately following the vote.
