The minutes record that a motion taken in executive session was put to roll call and carried with AYEs from Bervig, Gjovig, Bekkedahl, Siemieniewski and Klug.
The minutes do not disclose the substance of the negotiations; under N.D.C.C. §§ 44-04-17.1, 44-04-19.1, 44-04-19.2 and 44-04-18.4 those consultation topics are exempt from public disclosure. The commission then resumed open session business and adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
