Delhi board approves pool hires, payment system and emergency pump repair funding

The village historian requested a subscription to Ancestry.com (total $440.67); the board authorized paying up to $221 as its share.
After reviewing payment options, members agreed to implement the vendor All Paid for on-site credit-card transactions at the pool and to use QR codes and payment links so users bear card fees rather than the town. The board approved proceeding with All Paid and instructed staff on setup and notification procedures.
Staff reported swim lessons and water-aerobics are under way, and a shared grant arrangement with Sunni will reimburse roughly $3,000 in instructor labor. A 240-volt line fault damaged the kiddie pool's control board; members approved a motion to purchase a replacement control board not to exceed $1,000 so the kiddie pool can reopen. The board also reviewed two plumbing bids for the concession kitchen and directed contracting with the lower-priced bidder (transcript names Barcelo/Bello; the chosen plumbing provider was approved to proceed). Additional items—camera rerouting, chemical-room troubleshooting and running electrical to the lifeguard shed—were referred to staff for firm cost estimates and code review before returning to the board.
Pool hours were announced: full season opening Monday, June 29, with adult swim weekdays 11 a.m.–12 p.m. and open swim 12–6 p.m.; weekend openings remain weather- and staffing-dependent.
