The town board has already indicated no issues; the planning board asked staff to include technical‑committee notes as conditions in the resolution so feedback from ARB and open‑space can be incorporated before final action.
Board members voted to waive the site‑plan requirement, waive the public hearing and sitewalk for the initial review, and to find the application to be a Type II action under SEQRA. Staff will prepare a draft resolution for review at the next meeting, and the matter may return for final action after any committee comments are resolved.
