The ordinance change adds $8,190 to the sewer fund allocation for town maintenance, reconciling a published ordinance figure of $32,760 with a budget figure of $24,570.
On park maintenance, the council approved purchasing two dog‑waste disposal stations to be placed near park entrances and authorized replacing seven park trash receptacles with larger, weather‑resistant 42‑gallon units. The purchases will be funded from available maintenance funds.
Members also agreed to provide two $300 gift cards to local contractors (Randy Denny and John Pickerroll) in recognition of donated time and equipment for a recent town pickup day, and accepted an offer from Denny Excavating to continue annual dumpster support for the event.
