Committee members requested additional data, including the total miles of road represented in each scheduled project and clarified how PACER ratings translate into a decision to maintain or fully reconstruct a street. Staff committed to provide mileage totals and said they will re‑run ratings next year and adjust the plan as needed.
Staff also reported securing $47,000 in LREP funding toward a 2028 project and said they will continue to pursue state grants to offset local costs. The plan aims to concentrate work in neighborhoods developed in the same phases so sections with similar pavement lifespans can be addressed together.
