The Stratmoor Hills Sanitation District Board of Directors approved the June 2024 financial reports and heard operations updates from District Manager Kirk Medina.
Manager Medina told the board that sanitation assessments are tracking at about 45% of the annual budget year‑to‑date while expenditures are at roughly 38%, and that the overall budget "is looking good." He reported that the sewer camera van equipment has been installed but the replacement generator still needs to be replaced. Medina said the Vac‑Con truck’s jet‑rodding pump has been repaired, though some minor issues remain; he said he will provide an update at the next board meeting.
Vice‑President James Pesicka moved to approve the June 2024 financial reports as presented; Secretary/Treasurer John Willcox seconded and the motion passed unanimously, 5‑0.
President Robert Colgrove called a recess at 3:15 PM so the water audit could be performed and reconvened the sanitation meeting at 3:23 PM. The meeting adjourned at 3:30 PM after a unanimous motion to adjourn.
