The plan discussed by members includes sending targeted letters to the 67 identified property owners, circulating information via the township newsletter and social media, and publicizing the meeting widely so owners not on the list can attend. Chair said he would forward a revised draft outreach letter to township manager Jay for review and approval.
Committee members also agreed to reuse earlier mail‑list spreadsheets and to check whether mailing addresses differ from property addresses before sending letters. No policy decisions were made; the item will return to the committee for further scoring and scheduling.
