Updated plans for the Amazon AVP1 off‑site yard were discussed April 21. The proposed development would formalize an existing unpaved lot in the Humboldt Industrial Park as a truck yard with 348 striped truck stalls, lighting, and an 8‑foot perimeter fence, and would provide a new access from Cinnamon Oak Drive.
The applicant filed revised materials addressing wetlands, stormwater (PCSM) documentation, geotechnical evaluation, and erosion-and‑sediment controls. Barry Isett's April 20 review identified nine remaining comments that the applicant must address. Joe Calabrese told the board the applicant has made "significant progress" since the last meeting but that several engineering questions remain.
The applicant was not represented at the meeting; staff and the engineer said they will continue technical review once outstanding items are resolved. The board took no formal vote on the project at this meeting.
Materials on file include NPDES documentation and a PCSM plan narrative; the LCD had earlier marked the NPDES application incomplete and the township engineer's review continues to track outstanding items.
