Upper Chichester posts Juneteenth closure, summer camp and community events

Township staff used the June 10 caucus to announce upcoming community events and operational changes. The Parks & Recreation Department and the Library will host a bingo event on June 27 at 6:30 p.m.; tickets are available at the municipal building and the library.
Township offices, including the Joan Morrison Fieldhouse, will be closed Friday, June 19 for Juneteenth. That closure shifts Friday's trash collection to Monday, June 22, and moves Monday's recycling routes to Tuesday, June 23, combined with Tuesday's regular recycling routes.
Officials opened the meeting for public comment and recorded that no members of the public offered remarks during the caucus.
