Chairperson Kerry Jennings noted that the township had not set final budgets for 2026 and that the Commission’s preliminary budget remains the same as in 2025. Jennings expressed interest in ANJEC membership; Ms. Scanlon moved to approve the membership and Mr. Garafalo seconded. The motion carried.
The membership was described in the minutes as providing access to workshops, seminars and grant opportunities. The final township budget for 2026 had not been adopted as of the Jan. 21 meeting; the Commission’s approved membership is listed in minutes as part of its preliminary budget posture.
The Commission will revisit budget allocations once the Township adopts final figures.
