Lower Pottsgrove commissioners approve routine minutes, code advertisement and financial items in unanimous votes

At the May 15 meeting the board unanimously approved the May 5 meeting minutes, voted to advertise the 2021 Uniform Construction Code for July 7 consideration, approved Warrant #956 for April 2025, accepted the April 2025 Treasurer's report and adjourned. All recorded votes were 5-0.
The Lower Pottsgrove Township Board of Commissioners recorded several unanimous procedural votes at its May 15, 2025 meeting.
Commissioner William Keohane moved and Commissioner Earl E. Swavely seconded approval of the May 5, 2025 meeting minutes; the motion passed 5-0. Later in the meeting Commissioner Earl E. Swavely moved and Commissioner William Keohane seconded a motion to advertise the 2021 Uniform Construction Code for consideration at the township's July 7 meeting; that motion also passed 5-0. Solicitor Jamie Ottaviano explained the township had adopted the 2018 code previously and that the 2021 edition is the most recent available for adoption.
Commissioner Robert Mohollen moved and Commissioner Michael McGroarty seconded approval of Warrant #956 for April 2025; the board voted 5-0 to approve it. Mohollen then moved and McGroarty seconded acceptance of the April 2025 Treasurer's report, which likewise passed unanimously.
Commissioner Mohollen moved to adjourn; Commissioner William Keohane seconded and the board voted 5-0 to adjourn at 7:07 p.m.
