Board approves consent agenda: payments, park projects, police facility improvements and contracts

At its May 13 meeting, the East Whiteland Township Board of Supervisors approved the consent agenda, authorizing payments, contracts and several capital and park-related items.
The Board ratified payment of bills totaling $1,048,018.63 and accepted the Treasurer's report. The Board approved an IT contract with GO2 Tech, accepted two Gilmore proposals (a $9,750 survey for Down East Park and an $8,300 infiltration test at Bacton Hill Park), and approved Payment Application #7 (retainage) to Flyway Excavating for the Streambank Project for $107,545.74 (final payment). The Board also approved a parking license agreement with Trigid IVL, LLC (aka Newmark Group) for event parking at 1 Country View Rd., ratified Tahoe outfitting costs of $8,492.92, and approved a touring contract with Shakespeare in Clark Park for $2,000.
The Board also approved administrative and police facility items previously discussed: Security Phase I for the main administration/police building and a $65,000 patrol-room project. The Board approved the GTRP Grant Application Resolution 24-2026 and ratified the sale of a 2020 Ford Escape for $6,000.
All consent-agenda motions were moved and seconded and passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
