On the Port Washington project, commissioners approved a final change order amounting to $68,261.95 in cumulative change orders. That adjustment changes the original contract of $226,722.60 to a final amount of $158,460.65, per the request of Michael Jones, Sanitary Engineer. Commissioners voted unanimously to approve the final contract amount.
The meeting record shows related supplemental appropriations for Water & Sewer fund lines to cover bad debts and bank fees (several small line-item adjustments) were included earlier in the meeting’s appropriations approvals.
