- Resolution No. 6929-26: Authorized acceptance of a HUD Continuum of Care grant for $3,527,780; adopted 5-0.
- Resolution Nos. 6930-26 and 6931-26: Authorized submission and acceptance of two ODOT/Office of Aviation grants of $750,000 each for general aviation airports; each adopted 5-0.
Second-reading ordinances and easements
- Ordinance No. 32186-26 (roadway restoration along SR-4): Adopted 5-0.

Board appointments
The commission reappointed and appointed several members to boards and commissions (Environmental Advisory Board, Human Relations Council, Landmark Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals) and appointed Mayor Turner-Sloss to the Joint Office of Citizen Complaints Ombudsman Office. Most appointments were adopted unanimously; one appointment had an abstention.
