The Planning Commission on June 9 recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve a lot plan for properties at 101 and 117 W. Road, subject to the DMA letter dated May 15, 2026 and county planning comments, and with a deferral agreement for certain frontage improvements.
Andrew and Audrey Mloise of Weber described a lot‑line change that preserves an existing planted buffer and adjusts lot lines to allow a future house sale; they told the commission they will provide an additional 30 feet of right‑of‑way to meet half‑width requirements. The largest outstanding technical item is the deferral request for street widths, curbing and sidewalks, which the applicant said they will memorialize in a deferral agreement.
Staff confirmed the submission will need the deferral agreement language and the township will require final compliance with DMA and county comments before the Board acts. The commission moved, seconded and approved a recommendation to the supervisors with those conditions.
