"Let the record reflect that Board Member Campbell is absent and all other members are present," the district clerk said during roll call. The chair asked for a motion and a second to approve the consent agenda; a motion and a second were recorded and the chair then opened the vote. The chair announced the result as "Passes 6-0." A board member responded "No, Chair" when asked if there were any speaker cards.
The resolutions were approved on the consent agenda without discussion or public comment. The meeting adjourned and the board moved into the scheduled city council regular meeting.
